February 2nd is our first team workout at LJHS at the track at 10:30am. Even if you are a non Team Member, please come out and join us at the stadium. We would love for you to come and meet the team and watch! We are planning our February Calendar with a Hi Tech Bike wine and cheese night and bike workout and transition practice at Fiesta Island. Currently we are starting to train for Spring Sprint, May 5th, so come and learn how to swim, bike and run with a group of supportive and fun women!
