We All Go A Little March Madness Sometimes
March Madness is almost here, so La Jolla Sports Club put together a basketball workout for you!
Yeeeeeeeeeeees, it’s that special time of year again. One last exciting sports moment until football starts up in six (!) months (though Manny Machado on the San Diego Padres makes for a more lively baseball season). One last time to yell at the TV and drop f-bombs on some true freshman you’ll never meet because he missed a free throw that has destroyed your bracket and lost you $5. One last event to cheer for a team you’ve never heard of because they are this year’s Cinderella story, and, most importantly, one last time to cheer for every single team that plays against Duke.
That’s right, March Madness, is a wonderful time of year.
Remember that one time you sky-hooked a three-pointer over Jimmy from the next block to win the game and the heart of the girl you were both competing for? We don’t either, but they send their regards.
Hopefully you’ve been practicing since then, but if you haven’t, welp, it might be time to get out there and work on those b-ball skills. Nothing takes the place of actually playing the game, but because we like you so much, we put together a few March Madness-inspired exercises that you can do here at La Jolla Sports Club.
