Join us on Thursdays at 11am for Dance fusion with Shannon. This class provides a great cardio workout while combining jazz, latin and zumba moves!
Then on Thrusday at 12:15pm check out Pilates Core Barre; a new class also taught by Shannon that is a combination of pilates moves and ballet. This class will target your legs, glutes, and your core!
