When I first began my fitness journey I was intimidated by the weight room and thought that cardio would be the only way to get the results I wanted to see. I started working out with a personal trainer and realized that a consistent weight training program and proper nutrition plan was the quickest way to reach my goals. I’ve always been passionate about fitness, so I decided that I wanted to help others see the importance in health and exercise. My education and experience help me support and motivate my clients to reach their fitness goals by providing a fun and safe learning environment. I care just as much about helping my clients reach their goals as they do!
