I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years as a Personal Trainer. I’m very passionate about helping all people with their health & fitness goals. My style of training is functional. I focus on not only helping people reach their weight loss goals, but also improving mobility that can help in everyday life. Although I can be tough on my clients, I do make sure to keep the workouts fun. I also like to incorporate dance in some of the workouts.
