Philosophy

Kevin approaches Personal Training as a team effort and believes in the idea that small improvements day to day lead to big changes over time.

Practicing ‘good form, or no form,’ Kevin’s positive, goal-oriented approach has led his clients—with no experience to special needs to endurance athletes—to accomplish their aesthetic and emotional goals through functional training, corrective exercise, (p)rehab and plain old physical fitness.

When he’s not at La Jolla Sports Club, you’ll find him surrounded by friends, on the soccer field as a player-coach or in the water surfing and sailing, doing his best to enjoy every San Diego minute.
