Josh Liberty


I have been working as a trainer long enough to know that there are no shortcuts to long term health and fitness. Hard work, dedication and knowledge are the keys to success. Instilling these principles, providing creative and challenging workouts and developing personal relationships along the way makes a rewarding experience for all involved. I have been working as a trainer in the fitness industry for over 18 years. Outside the gym I am a big sports enthusiast. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially fishing, spear fishing, cycling and hanging with my dog Jake.
