Philosophy

Fitness. What does it mean to you? I like to think of myself as more than just a personal trainer but a fitness enthusiast, and for the past 20 years I’ve dedicated my life, hard work, passion and dreams to fitness. That led me to become an IFBB Bikini PRO Competitor for many years, gaining a wealth of knowledge along the way that I would love to share with you.

We all have goals and dreams, but it can be difficult to stick with them. Hard work with the right direction can lead to success. I enjoy helping others achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle and my goal is to bring a motivating attitude, passion, energy and knowledge to every session.
