We all have goals and dreams, but it can be difficult to stick with them. Hard work with the right direction can lead to success.

I like to think of myself as more than just a personal trainer but a fitness enthusiast. For the past 20 years I’ve dedicated my life, hard work, passion and dreams to fitness. That led me to become a IFBB Bikini PRO Competitor for many years. I enjoy helping others achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle. My goal is to bring a good attitude, passion, energy and knowledge to motivate every session.
