Various Styles of Yoga for All Levels of Participants

La Jolla Sports Club offers Hatha Yoga, which integrates postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation; Vinyasa Yoga, which synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice; and Ashtanga Yoga (beginners and advanced), a traditional Flow Yoga practice that generates heat through a vigorous flowing series of postures coordinated with enhanced breathing to develop strength and flexibility. All yoga classes are available right here at the club, and are included in your membership!
