Fun bodyweight exercises for your next trip
Fine. We get it. You can’t build your entire life around La Jolla Sports Club. And as much as we’d like to fold ourselves into your luggage and take off for a while, we’ll stay behind and keep the lights on. St. Tropez sounds awful this time of year, anyway.
Now that that awkwardness is out of the way, if you’ve read this far, we’re guessing you might be interested in a La Jolla Sports Club-approved beach bodyweight bootcamp that’ll help offset some of those mai tais and vacation-only treats.
In our last post, we had a bunch of ideas for the kids. In this post, we encourage you to play like one. Save the deadlifts, routines and your perfect form for LJSC (grab our trusty Personal Trainers if you need a spot or an answer)—you’re on vacation and no one knows you, so let loose and have a little (more) fun than you already do. Our only real caveat would be to listen to your body and if it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it.

Since these are all bodyweight exercises, you can apply them anywhere in the world. Just promise to have a good time doing them!
