I started reading about sports performance when I was 6, then ordered my first specialty training book at 14. That began a passion for fitness and nutrition that’s stayed with me ever since. I’ve played soccer, trained for a triathlon, competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, been to massage schools, interned at an exercise physiology lab and am in love with surfing.
First and foremost, I believe all changes start with good nutrition. This can be as simple as having balanced meals and three square meals or it can be complex too.
Do not expect to reach your appearance or performance goals without consistent and disciplined nutrition!
