WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE CLUB

Start practicing now for your new challenge!  Monday, September 1st to the 30th, perform as many burpees as possible in 60 seconds.  Ladies – Burpees with an optional upgrade of pushups.  Guys – Burpees plus pushups!  Not only are your judged on how many you do, but how consistent you are and  how much you have improved!  All members and employees are welcome.  NON-MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO THE CHALLENGE!  ENJOY A FREE WEEK PAS
